Where is the storefront to come in and shop?
At this time The Blank Stockpile operates as an ecommerce site only. We do not have a public storefront. If you would like to arrange for a local pickup, we are able to schedule those with at least 24 hours notice.
Do you offer Military Discount?
As a proud military owned business we love to support all members of the armed services. We do not offer military discounts at this time, as prices on the website are already discounted for bulk purchase.
How do I request a refund/return?
Purchases of any Digital Goods are FINAL, no refunds will be processed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please email sales@theblankstockpile.com to begin your return process.

What temperature and time do I press at?
All of our products include a suggested time and temp for sublimation.
The recommended settings listed may need adjustments for best results.
Settings will vary depending on the heat press brand and model ink and paper and atmospheric conditions.
