***Convection Oven Directions*** 

Unscrew the black tip from the pen and remove the internal pieces. Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the pen using heat tape. For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the pen, then tape very well along the seam.

Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the pen barrel. Add a strip of heat tape along the perforation of the shrink wrap for easier removal after baking.

Oven settings:
- temperature - 350-375 degrees F
- dwell time - 5-6 minutes (depending on the wrap and oven type)
- mug wrap pressure - light to medium **If your pen is touching a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap will be more likely to melt!

Remove from oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer. PEN WILL BE HOT!! No sealant is necessary on sublimation items.
