PU Leather covers should be sublimated FIRST

Once cooled, assemble with adhesive sheets provided. You will receive 3 adhesive sheets/strips. (1) for the spine of the journal, the additional (2) will be used for each side of the paper insert.

Heat press settings:
- temperature - 390 degrees F
- dwell time - 1:10 - 1:25 minutes
- pressure - light to medium
